January 17 & 18: Pregnancy Massage (awaiting approval)

This class will focus on the anatomy changes that happen during, & after, pregnancy. We will address various modifications that need to be made to positioning, bolstering, strokes, and massage modalities. We will practice with the Body Cushion system, the Prego cushion, and pillow bolstering. We will review draping techniques as well, and the documentation needed. If available, there will be demo pregnant patients to practice our routines. (14hrs) $450+tax

**January 31 & February 1:  Orthopedic Conditions of the Upper Body: Advanced Techniques & Treatment Protocols

This course will go over the various orthopedic conditions that may be affecting your patients/clients. We will look at Whiplash, Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, Adhesive Capsulitis, and many others.  Anatomy and Myology will be revisited, and you will learn the techniques to treat these various conditions. (14hrs) $450+tax

**February 21 & 22: Orthopedic Conditions of the Lower body: Advanced Techniques & Treatment Protocols

This course will go over various orthopedic conditions affecting the lower body. Tibial Torsion, Plantar Fasciitis, Piriformis Syndrome, SI joint disfunction, and others. Anatomy and Myology will be revisited, and you will learn the techniques to treat these various conditions. (14CEUs=14hrs) $450+tax

**June 27 & 28:  Body Assessment/Postural Analysis/Treatment Protocol

In this course, we will utilize all we have learned so far. We will go over the various assessment tools available to us, learn to perform Postural Analysis, and design a treatment protocol for our patients/clients. We will utilize grid boards, plumb lines, & gait analysis. Along with our ROM & Ortho testing findings we will design an in-office treatment, revisit charting, and home exercise routine for our patients/clients. (14hrs) $450+tax

March 30: Adaptive Massage (awaiting approval)

In this course you will learn how to effectively administer massage to patients/clients that may not be able to receive in the traditional position of prone, or supine. We will go over specific bolstering, working with a wheelchair, desk chair, the geriatric population, amputees, and other medically compromised individuals.  (8hrs) $335+tax

**May 9 & 10:  Fascia 101~Structure, Function, & Basic TX Protocols

A course designed to illustrate the anatomy, and function of fascia, through lecture, demos, palpation, and teaching tools. You will learn the difference between Connective Tissue vs Deep Tissue, and the tools to use during treatment. Specific treatment techniques will be shown, for various conditions and areas of the body. (14CEUs=14hrs) $450+tax

**May 16 & 17: Fascia 102~Advanced techniques & TX Protocols (Pre-Requisite Fascia 101)

This course is a continuation of our Fascia 101 course. We will review all information gained from course 101, & revisit ‘Opening the Front Line’. We will learn new techniques to delve, deeper than ever before, into the fascia layers. We will demo & practice advanced techniques for a side-lying session, more condition specific protocols, and learn basic IASTM/Medi-cupping protocols. (14CEUs=14hrs) $450+tax

**May 30 & 31: Trigger Point/ROM/MET

A course designed to illustrate the anatomy of a Trigger Point, theories, and treatment techniques. We will also discuss, and demonstrate, Range of Motion throughout the body, and various stretching modalities. We will focus on MET/PNF (Muscle Energy Technique/Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation). (14CEUs=14hrs) $450+tax

**June 13 & 14: Adding New Skills to Your Toolbox: Basic IASTM & Kinesiology Taping

A course designed as an introduction to Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization & Kinesiology Taping. This course will include review of ROM, Tissue Injury/Healing, and Fascia. We will discuss the history and theories behind IASTM & Taping, along with explaining the various “tools of the trade”. Indications/Contraindications will be discussed, along with treatment guidelines and assessment protocols. Body Mechanics review, & hands-on demos w/patient scenarios will round out the course. (12hrs) $450+tax

A course designed to give you a thorough background on the history of Chair Massage, stroke review, routine design, & contraindications. We will cover Syncope, and how to handle a medical emergency while working. There will be a variety of chair brands available to utilize during this course. (14hrs) $450+tax

August 8 & 9: Lymphatic Drainage Techniques (awaiting approval)

We will go over the anatomy of the lymphatic system, and you will learn the basics of Lymphatic Drainage techniques on a HEALTHY lymphatic system. We will explore the difference between normal edema, & Lymphedema. You will be taught new strokes, correct pressure, nodal pumping, and appropriate treatment protocols to follow. Stroke review, and hands on demos with scenarios will round out this course. (14hrs) $450+tax

August 22 & 23: Sports Massage (awaiting approval)

A course designed to give you a thorough understanding of the history and theory behind Sports Massage. You will learn the difference between Pre, Post, and Maintenance massage, and what strokes are appropriate for each. Hands on demonstrations, and treatment scenarios will be executed. We will revisit anatomy, ROM & Stretching, and also go over the logistics of working an event. (14hrs) $450+tax
